flickr tags not working?

Hmmm - granted, this is not a place to gripe - but I spent approximately ten minutes trying to figure out why I could not pull up any photos under the tag "nakedconversations" - and must make the comment that something must be hiccupping at Yahoo! - but I have no idea how to report it. Any thoughts?
