MetaVid - thesis project of two UC Santa Cruz students - wondered where the site of all Congressional video was located. Now, people are placing CPAN videos on the metavid site; allowing people to tag videos of Congress on a Mediawiki installation. Provides transcripts, API for meta data, etc. All open source.
